Applications are reviewed before approval. Partners must use lawful, accurate and non-misleading promotion.
Core rules
- No unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive advertising, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or self-referrals.
- No bidding on protected brand names unless written permission is provided.
- Partners must disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
- Commissions may remain pending during the refund and dispute period and are reversed when a transaction is refunded, disputed, fraudulent or invalid.
- Only sales attributed by the platform tracking system qualify. Rates may differ by product.
- The program may suspend a partner or product when legal, compliance, fraud or brand-safety concerns arise.
