Principles
The standard Article Processing & Publication Fee is requested only after editorial acceptance. Inability to pay must not influence editorial screening or academic evaluation.
Possible support
- Full waiver requests may be considered for corresponding authors based in economies classified as low income at the time of submission.
- Partial waivers may be considered for lower-middle-income settings, documented financial hardship, unfunded early-career researchers or institutionally approved special circumstances.
- Institutional and conference agreements may define transparent group discounts without affecting editorial independence.
Decision separation
Waiver requests are reviewed administratively and separately from the academic decision. Approval is not guaranteed and should normally be requested before payment but after a manuscript reference has been issued.
