How it works and delivery
After payment, the buyer receives instructions by email for submitting the relevant information and documents. The review starts after sufficient material has been received. Delivery time depends on completeness, third-party record availability and any follow-up required.

Returns and cancellation
A 60-day return period applies from the date of payment, subject to the terms displayed on the Digistore24 checkout page and applicable law. If the buyer expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period, the value of services already performed may be taken into account to the extent permitted by law.
