What a Useful Software Review Should Test Before Recommending a Service
Feature lists are easy to copy; useful reviews are harder. A practical software review should examine onboarding, day-to-day workflow, export options, usage limits, support quality, billing behavior and how easily a user can leave the service.
The purpose is not to declare every product “excellent.” It is to identify the users for whom the product is a good fit and the users who should choose something else.
